Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

I have a tradingview indicator ,i would like conversion for strategy / robat for using it on MT5 , or you can make me new strategy / robat for auto trading on MT . the trading view indicator i have gives buy signal when bar close above highest high of last 3 bars ( see picture attached ), and sell signal when bar closes lowest low of last 3 bars , 1st filters that only BUY if price is above simple moving avarge 50
