i want an indicator that can display an arrow on the 1 minute boom and crash 500 charts, at a specified time. for example say i want an arrow to appear every 15:00. the arrow must not move even after the market passses that specific point

I need to export the indicators data to a csv. There are a few free tools out there, that do exactly this. However, its difficult and I dont know how to use them and I dont have the time to figure them out. So I either need you to export all data for me. or make me an script that I can easily use. thanks
