Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

I have MT4 Indicator which is based on 3MA. I need EA which is auto Trade as per indicator logic. also need as per auto Trading functionality like Auto Buy/sell, Target and Stoploss. Also need source code of EA please suggest EA is good working in MT4 or MT5
