Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

Hi I am looking to create an automated trading system but have never used MQL. So I am looking for someone to create basis of the system, which I can then tweak and add to at a later date, I think getting this created will make me better understand the programming. At the moment I would just like it for just EURUSD but may add other CCY's at another date. I would like it to monitor the 10min candlestick chart
