Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

Hello, I have a well known indicator (mt4) for cluster analysis of curriencies which I found here https://www.mql5.com/en/code/9088 I would need a simple alert (sound and window popping up when two curriencies are crossing at current price). For example an alert would be "4:30 M30 eurusd". I plan to use it with MBTrading metatrader 4. Are you interested in programming it and what would be the price? Best regards
