Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

I need an ea based off of the Hull Moving Average. It needs to use 2 HMA's Entry rules: Long when longer term hma is going up and the shorter term hma turns up. Short when longer term hma is going down and the shorter term hma turns down.
