Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

I already have a EA working under MT4. It is a multi currency martingale scalping system and it can not be backtested in MT4 since it is multi currency. Anyway I've done several checks in demo accounts and it doesn't work as I expected. I get no warnings nor errors when compiling and it still doesn't do what I want. I need help to fix those problems

I want the EA to move the stop loss to break even plus the spread, after price has moved X pips in the direction of the trade. Can you make EA don’t open after limit close position again just in the opposite direction? Just when the limit close. If something else close - open position in the same direction again when condition are all fine again. But when the limit close the position - don’t open in the same direction again, just in the opposite direction, or just when the value of the limit close indicator goes in to the opposite direction
