Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

Hi All Is there any good programmer that kindly help me to build an expert advisor which can open and close trade automatically when the MACD Histogram (not the default MT4 MACD indicator) signal cross over. The EA should be stable, work on all time frame and currencies, has the option to close the trade when the signal cross (even in minus) and also I can set manual TP and SL. Thank you Dhani
