The attached indicator needs fixing: 1. Alert should fire once per bar and should fire as soon as the current candle touches the alert levels. This should fire even if the final close is not exceeding the alert level. 2. Arrow should draw only on the candle following the candle in which the closed value hits the alert. 3. Arrow should not draw multiple times on the candle - see attached capture
