Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

Basically, I have 2 Custom Indicators, A & B, that give some alerts when some conditions are met. I want to combine those alerts in a new one, through an indicator C. Indicators A, B and C are going to be used in normal and offline charts (range bars), so all coding should be reviewed for max performance with minimum resources (CPU Usage). For the coder I choose, I will have other job after this one. Thanks
