Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

I want an EA that I can use to trade Session Open breakout. Almost all the parameters of this EA will be user input so that I can use the same EA to trade Tokyo, New York, European and London breakouts and even use it to trade the spike after major news releases. Due to this, there must be room to use trailing profit, partial close, etc The system description is attached
