Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

Hi there, I've got a strategy in mind in TradingView based off of a combination of indicators, but ultimately need it to be an automated strategy in MT5. So (1) need to convert the pinescript indicators to MQL5 and (2) create an automated expert from those combined indicators/triggers. I've already got the necessary details/source codes, just need someone who is well versed in both Pinescript and MQL5. Thanks

Before making a short entry the EA should also confirm that the price has closed below one or both of the EMA's..
