Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

Need an EA to monitor and manage my Stop Loss Order and Equity balance as per the attached simple steps. Seems simple enough but let me know if any questions. Coder most be quick to fix any bugs that EA might show. Coder must sent me a short video to visually see on the chart & terminal that the functions requested are working properly.
