Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

Hi. I use fractals, I have been trying to find a fractal indicator that will send me a push notification to my phone when a new fractal arrow appears. Most of the ones I found will only alert when a fractal is broke. I just want an alert when MT4 puts the arrow on the chart. I have MT4 setup to send me alerts, just don't have an indicator to trigger them . Can me somebody modify, the built in one? Thanks
