Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

I require a new indicator developing for MQL4 which will draw short horizontal lines (horizontal trend lines with Ray disabled is fine) which will run from a bar high to a bar low if they are within 'n' pips of each other. The horizontal line length needs to be an external variable. Basically from a current bar low you would check 'n' number of bars back and if a bar high is within 'n' pips of the current low then

Please add the option to change the bollinger settings (period and deviation) for each individual trade size. For example Trade 1 £100 period 20 deviation 3 Trade 2 £320 period 20 deviation 2.5 etc
