Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

I work with MT4 and I would like to know if the Terminal window can be edited in order to add new cells below the sumation cell. I want more cells below with another sumations of the order in course, one for each one main currency: EUR, USD, CHF, NZD, CAN, AUD, JPY and GBP. I use many simultaneous orders, that's the reason I would like to have this customization of the terminal window. Is this possible? In the file

What I want it to do, is show time frames according to a drop down menu so if I am on 1H chart, I can choose to see 4H output of indicator. I need a programmer to code a MT4 indicator that draw 2 horizontal lines each day. One line is previous day highest body price and the other one is previous day lowest body price.
