Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

Default WebRequest function supports only GET and POST functions and I need it to support DELETE. I have a solution that lets me use WebRequest that uses 2 dlls - Wininet.dll and kernel32.dll. I want to create a product for the market that needs this DELETE function, but Market products disallow using DLLs. My current idea is to setup a webrequest for a php script that will forward this taks to my own mysql
