I want to rename, "H/L index 1" to "H/L", "Stoch index 1" to "Percentage", "C/O index 1" to "CS type", "Index 1" will be on top of mentioned above three table. For "H/L index 0" will be renamed to "H/L" and "Index 0" will on top of this table. I also want to change place for some columns, you can refer picture that i attached. I want a bold line between index 1 and index 0
