Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

Hello, I need someone who can create 2 Step take profit partial close EA for MT5. The Idea is: 1TP - close 50% and move Stop Loss to breakeven; 2TP - close remaining 50%. I would like to be able to change the percentage of closing position. Lets say on one trade i might do 1TP - 30% and 2TP - 70%; on other trade 1TP - 50% and 2TP - 50% and so on. Also, I would like to set pip target for each take profit manually as
