If the EA already opened trades at an ON time/day it will continue to trade according to existing code until it closes all trades regardless if it gets from ON time/day to OFF time/day in the middle of trading sequence. but once it closes all its trades and enters OFF time/day then it will not reopen until On time/day comes back
