Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

I WANT SOME ONE WHO CAN DEVELOP AN EA FOR ME USING TWO INDICATORS. A DIVERGENCE INDICATOR AND ANOTHER ONE. THE IDICATOR PRODUCES SIGNAL FIRST THEN THE DIVERGENCE ONLY COMFIRMS ITS ENTERING WHEN THE HIGH OR LOW IS BROKEN. BOTH INDICATORS DO NOT REPAINT. THE STOP LOSS IS THE HIGH OR LOW OF THE CANDLE THAT PRODUCE THE SIGNAL. HAS TAKE PROFIT THAT IS 3 RATION 1 OF THE STOP LOSS. USE BREAK EVEN EQUAL STOP LOSS

It seems that BadEggs fields only actions once on first pair to hit it's level. BadEggs fields should action once on EVERY pair that hits it's level for the first time, not just the first pair. To put it another way: BadEgg fields should action once per pair for any remaining pairs which hit the same level. Please fix
