modifing a option of pending orders in this Ea in option of pending orders, first one ar variable pips (20,30,30,wharever) if open another pending orders should be at 10pips always

Please modify the current EA entry system to enter on specific candles which are shown in the attached image. Also modify the stop loss placement to place the stop X Number of pips under the entry bar for buy trades and X number of pips over the entry bar for sell trades.
