Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

I have three mt4 indicators. (one developed my me and the 2nd for me by a freelance). All indicators are programed to show arrows. I want all indicators combined and converted to mt5 with a responsive label

The EA should continouosly import value from my custom indicator for all 28 pairs. I attach here CSV file for sample of how should the data look. I’ve both ex4 & mq4 file for the indicator. Also I want the open price for daily, weekly & monthly to be included. I’m looking forward for coder that can help me to do this project successfully, thank you
