Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

I have an Expert Advisor script currently which needs alterations done to it - the existing script opens the trade on the first bar (based on an indicator) but the car can re-paint therefore i need to change the EA to open on the second bar. The second thing i need to add to it is a variable which set to true or false will allow the trade the execute if the M1 and M5 TF bar's are the same signals as the EA chart TF
