Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

I need to develop A JAVA application using JNA to send and receive String as signals from MT4. All the signals that are generated should be passed thro' WINAPI (PostMessageA() function) from MT4 and the same to be received by a JAVA application which is using JNA to receive the signals using GetMessage() of WINAPI
