Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

Hello I am needing an EA done for an ex4 file. I am using this EA for an autotrader. I need the coding to be set up so that the autotrader knows to take a martingale on losses. I was told by SignalPush & Another Software developer that in order for automatic trades to be taken for martingale there must be coding in the EA somewhere. Can someone help & deliver within 24 hours

To send the MT4's Text Alert to a Bluetooth device via the MT4's PC or laptop. This signal will then be transmitted to the paired Bluetooth device like smartwatch and etc as a push notification or whatever format deems fit. or maybe capture the Text Alert / Windows Pop Up alert via Windows Programming and interact with the Bluetooth device? Needs a simple EA that opens 2 positions 1 buy and 1 sell at same time. is position goes up x distance it should close the buy position at profit and open another buy and sell position.
