I think it speaks for itself. I'd like to have and "indicator" (i guess) that will draw moving averages from a different chart timeframe. For example, I like to follow h4 chart but some MA are very important in D1 chart. I want to see D1 moving averages in H4 chart. I may want to do it for smaller timeframes also.
