Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

Hello, I need to have my own custom installer template built with Visual Studio 2017, in which I can create my own EA installer. I am currently using the paid version of an installer from eainstall.com however there is no longer any support from the developers when you have questions. I have included the 9 different screens that need to be created. Please see attached pictures as the order flow of screens are

Looking for a developer to write a simple code of averaging, with a few basic variables (lot size, # of orders etc.).
