Orders for indicators development - outdated

Does anyone know of a broker, excluding instaforex, with zero spreads and the best execution times possible? I dont care how much commission I have to pay per trade. Instaforex have zero commissions but their execution times aren't great. Execution times are critical

I'm looking for a Harmonic alert program in MQL4. One that will give an alert from multi-time frames and currency pairs.
