Orders for indicators development - outdated

I have an indicator . Would like to make EA to execute orders based on this indicator. Indicator is CCI based. It has upper and lower limits. When touch the lower limit and Bar red dot is on top of the line, open buy order. When touching upper limit, and bar red dot is below the line, close open order and open sell order. Can have stop loss and T.P limits if require

I want alerts in Hill no repaint indicator when filter line set at 80 for the upper band of the indicator is crossed above or below. Apart from sound alerts, i wont mind if the alerts come with arrows too.
