Orders for indicators development - outdated

Quick and easy job if you have the right ideas. Attached are two indicators that work together. They are pin bar indicators and do not repaint and are quite accurate. However they generate too many signals. We intend to develop an EA round the indicators. I want someone who has the right idea on how to filter the signals generated by the indicator so that the indicator is left with not less that 70% profitable

For some reason at night when I haven't touched my computer for hours my EA will not open new trades on the hourly chart in live or demo trading. I have turned off sleep mode and my computer is never shut down. During the day I'll test if it trades on the 5 min chart and it will trade but at night when new signals appear with my arrows no new trades open on the hourly chart.
