Orders for indicators development - closed

I need an indicator that can scan a variety of instruments in my market watch in order to scan for the ones that will break last weeks high or low and send an alert. it should only be one signal per instrument per day per direction so the alerts dont keep sending for a candle that repeatedly moves through a level of weekly high or low

I would like someone to please convert this Tradingview indicator to a "MT5" indicator. I want it to look close to possible like the indicator on Tradingview but definitely work exactly the same functionality wise.
