I need a developer that understand and has done several of same or similar jobs in the past and who will also bring their own expertise to the job. This tool should have only one purpose, it should analyse the chart history and print the needed information on screen. Analysed bars, amount of signals (valid signals are explained in detailed job description), candle size, wick length etc

A current indicator needs few changes. First it should include a code to stop sending signals x minutes before and x minutes after news so there is no need anymore to use additional indicators for this. Second the indicator should have an input for signal alert (pop up and audio). The other options can be taken from the job description
