Orders for indicators development - Custom graphics - closed

I have a dashboard of buttons which; set entry, stop loss, target prices, enter a trade with pending or execution orders, allow me to plot fibs using different colours and set the fib lines I choose, work out position size using risk amount, move to break even. The problem is the dashboard buttons move with price and time. I would like this changed so the Y-axis is fixed and I can change the setting under 'settings.'
