Orders for indicators development - C++ - outdated

I want to convert a Trading View indicator into NT8. I have attached 3 screenshots showing what the indicator plot looks like on TradingView. I also attached a wordpad doc with the Pinescript code and also attached a 2 min video explaining further what I need.
