Add additional button on the screen - "EA disabled"(like 'auto trading') - just to disable EA on the placed chart. Enable/disable - only by the button. Doesn't close positions, doesn't do any executions/changes when chart/time frame is changing

This is a modification of an MT4 EA by Irek Gilmutdinov. All details have been discussed with him. Basically just make the EA's entry criteria more simple, everything else remain the same
