Orders for Expert Advisors development - outdated

I want an ea for mt4 that can trade multiple break out periods where each period has it’s own adjustable TP and SL. Able to choose not to trade on certain days and certain holidays. Able to choose any of the 24 gmt 1hour bars as box /range, eg 00-3 and 07-08 and 10-11 or any 4 # or groups of bars as range boxes per day. Choose SL =Bar/bars range + buffer, or X pips above/below last bar. Only 1 trade open at a time
