after testing that expert you programmed for me on my live account everything is working perfectly except one small issue: when the take profit in dollars reached it should close all open and pending orders and start trading again but i noticed that once the take profit reached the expert is closing all pending orders and all open orders and LEAVING ONE OPEN TRADE IN THE ACCOUNT......then i am closing that trade

Changing: 1. No need to use GAP. PO Counter will be open at the same price of SL. So I think this will solve the problem of small gap because of slippage. 2. PO for new cycle will be place referring to price EA try to execute (not broker price).
