Orders for Expert Advisors development - MySQL - outdated

Hi, I am web coder but no idea about mql5 language. I need to create a sender ea who sends trades to the server , and a receiver ea who receive trades from the server and execute the trades according to the sender trades. I need mql5/mql4 coder urgently. Waiting for the response
