All orders - Trading robot/indicator debugging - closed

I need EA to Place 2 pending orders a buy and a sell at exactly 0800 London time, (which would be 0300 New York time). The orders have to go as followed, 5 pips bellow 0300 candles for a Sell pending order with a SL 10 pips right above the H1 high of the day then for a Buy pending order, the order has to go 10 pips above the h1 high and the SL still goes 10pips below the high I also would like to have a feature where
