Create a EA based on Pivot Points

Hi I use a Simple Indicator (the name is Fib Pivots and you find here attached) to create some pending orders. here is an image


I'd like an EA that do these orders automatically every day at closing day. 

The indicator works in this way: 

- The S1 and R1 are entry price for SELL or BUY and SL for SELL or BUY positions opened

- The S2 and R2 are the first target

- The S3 and R3 are the second target

I'm interested only in first target or you can recommend me a good money management on how to consider also the Target 2.

It must open only 1 position SELL or BUY for everyday

Furthermore I'd like a martingale system only for one Asset (ex: EURUSD the postion 0.01 was closed at SL, if it opens a new position must be for 0.02 (with multiplyer setted at 2..but this I prefer to set personally)
