Design a conditional forex order robot

Specification

I am looking for an expert forex programmer to help me to place conditional forex trades with the broker IG.

I will need some handholding through the process so covering the basics of making sure my MT4 account is linked properly with my IG account, and then testing on my IG demo account and then using on my live IG account. Up to now I have been trading only on eToro but have opened an IG account.

I need to specify:

  • the starting point price date & time e.g 5pm New York time on May 21st
  • the forex pairs I want to trade, and for each whether it is a buy or sell
  • the US$ amount that I want to put behind the trade
  • the TP %
  • the SL %
  • the number of pips the price needs to move up to (for a sell) or down to (for a buy) from the price at 7pm New York time for the trade to be opened
  • the max price (for a buy) or min price (for a sell) that the price can move to without the order being cancelled (if the price crosses this specified price the order must be cancelled)
  • the time the trade must close e.g. 4:45pm New York time on May 22nd

If the price does not hit TP or SL, the trade must close regardless at the specified closing date & time.
