Need to modify existing MT4 EA

I had this MT4 EA written several years ago, and now I need to modify it.  However, I lost the paperwork that explains the EA, so I need someone who can read code to tell me the trading strategies are for the EA.

What I remember is that the EA has two trading strategies, but it's been several years and I don't remember exactly how they work.  I need someone to explain the strategies, and then I need the Inputs explained.  Altogether are about sixty inputs, but they are based on fewer parameters, for example there is a parameter for one strategy and it has MAX and MIN values.  So understanding the two strategies helps to understand the inputs.

I'm looking for a developer to help explain the two strategies and their inputs so I can finish instructions on modifying the program.  The developer who explains the strategies and inputs carefully will be hired to do the modifications.

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells
