How to delete "investor mode" and make it to "hedging" mode?

Now the New Order button is deaktivated and I can`nt do any tradings! Please help: how can I use the platform again? How can I activate this botton? My account now is now "investor mode" - Trades are not allowed! - Made it by my accountmanager without my permission!  MFG.: K. Gabor
