Pin Bar Scanner - set minimum length of tail in pips

Hi,

 I would like a pin bar candle alert indicator making.

 Where I can set how long the wick is in pips, how tight the O / C bars are and how high they are up the candle stick.

And then do this across all pairs and TF's. Because a very long tail on a daily will be more than on the 5m.   So can set a long tail length for the TF, so that it really does stand out and is obvious. 

The idea being that I find pin bars like the attached, where a long wick O/C tight and close to the top of the bar.
