Inverted Hammer with EMA & ATR indicators

Develop a EA (we'd require full source code upon final payment) that executes trades when a hammer or inverted hammer is seen (selectable), above/below a specific period EMA. Should be able to define number of pips above/below close to enter. The following rules must be configurable:
1. Do not open trades if previous X bars are above X ATR value
2. Do not open trades if price is X*ATR pips away from EMA
3. Do not enter unless in trend, configurable as EMA is at minimum angle
4. Stop Loss is x pips above/below the open/close of the previous bar AND must be above/below the EMA
5. the Stop Loss must not be more than X of the ATR
6. Take Profit/exit is X multiple of risk, e.g. 3 times initial stop loss
7. Entry should add on current spread 
8. Order is cancelled if not executed within x bars
9. Ability to select only Buy or only Sell orders
10. Ability to trial the stop loss by initial risk, e.g. if trade is risking 15 pips then trial by 15 pips
11. Ability to specific hours to trade
12. Ability to specify days to trade
13. Ability to select whether to trade a Hammer (high test) or Low Test
14. Ability to configure definition of hammer, e.g. Bar body X% of bar range & bar open > bar low + x% of bar range
