Need an integration with PHP

I understand that some requests may be impossible to implement, the idea is to ask for everything, and see what is possible, that’s the reason for the big price range

The API should send and receive information to/from my PHP application

Infos to be SENT from MT5 via WEBHOOK the trades of the accounts, sent via POST method in JSON format with authentication in the header, the information to be sent are:

• Market watch onTick () price quotes
• Information about negotiations, all available from history + runtime
• All information printed in the Journal
• All information printed on the Experts
• A notification that MT5 loses connection to the brokerage server
• Profit from open positions onTick ()
• When a new EA is installed on any chart and any asset sends information about the installed asset, the chart it was installed, date and time, and the robot settings (.set)
• Balance, Equity and Free Margin
• Latency of the connection to the broker's server tick a tick  

API that receives calls via webhook, with an authentication key in the header and JSON format, necessary items listed below:

• Sign in to the user account at the selected brokerage
• Open a chart of an asset that is not in the market watch by setting timeframe.
• Install an EA on the open chart, and set parameters
• Remove a specific EA by magic number
• Zeroing a specific position by magic number or order number  
• Edit installed robot .set
• Turn autotrading on and off
• Change stop loss / take profit
