MTF Filter Indicator

I have access to a paid/subscription TradingView Strategy but I'am unable to see the script/code. I'm looking for someone who is able to reverse engineer this Strategy and create a new version that I would have full access to. I believe this would be using PineScript. Hello I'm trying to fix a indicator that I have, It's a .ex4 file, Can I just code a new indicator because I only have a failed version of it in a ex4 file. Here are the three files.
