Expert Advisor using Candles (e.g Inside Bar, High/Low Close)

Looking for programmer who have experience in price action (candlestick) expert advisor. 

Will start this project as an EA, but will be looking to make it into a scanner too. 

Will be testing and refining this EA, therefore, looking for programmer who are willing to be committed to work subsequently. 

Main idea of EA (detailed specification provided later):

1. Identify specific candles in D1 (e.g. Inside bar, High/Low close - at this moment 3 patterns)

2. Upon confirmation of these patterns in D1, EA will enter trade in H4, entry will be base on high/low in H4 candles

3. EA will have SL, TP, trailing stop, exit on certain candles in H4 (e.g. pin bar)

4. Money management such as lot size base on % risk or amount of money to risk each trade

5. Simple protection as such expiry of EA, use on specific MT4 account, use in certain brokers

6. EA should work in all instruments (FX, commodities, indexes)
