EA using fractal as signal and turtle channel as filter

Specification

I'm looking for an EA which will use fractal as signal to buy or sell. Turtle channel as filter (to be put on / off): when "on" buy only in bull trend and sell only in bear trend.

Close anytime we have an opposite fractal signal or achieved limit/stop loss.  

Money management as % of free margin to limit number of positions.

Magic number

Optimization for Eur/US for limits and s/l (with and without filter)
